Real World Wellness in the Heart of Bristol.

Sivo is the art of honouring the body and mind—of holding ourselves in high regard and moving with purpose toward who we’re meant to become.

It’s a quiet strength, a refined will. More than a brand, Sivo is a way of being—where wellness meets worth.

Community

At Sivo, we believe in the power of connection—something the world’s been missing, and something we’re here to restore.
Whether it’s a quiet conversation in the sauna, joining a class, or showing up for an event, you’re not just a guest here—you’re part of something.
A community. A shared journey.

Everyone’s welcome, whether it’s your first step or your hundredth.
Come as you are. Move, breathe, connect. This is your space to belong.

Real World Health

At Sivo, we know that true wellness isn’t always picture-perfect.
It’s not about six-packs or ultramarathons—it’s about how you feel, how you move, and how you live. Progress looks different for everyone, and we’re here to meet you where you are—supporting small, meaningful steps toward a better you.

Our Wellness Garden offers space to reconnect—with nature, with others, and with yourself. Breathe in the stillness, sip a coffee, share a conversation.

Because at Sivo, wellness is real, human, and yours to define.

Are there any rules?

Our simple sauna etiquette is as follows:

1    We recommend Sauna sessions of no longer than 20 min at a time
2    Following operators’ instructions on how to pour water onto hot rocks
3    Only pouring the provided ‘sauna water’ on hot rocks and nothing else
4    Entering and exiting sauna in a safe manner
5    Keeping access points clear to allow other users to exit safely and swiftly if needed
6    Remove shoes prior to entering the sauna and ensure feet are clean
7    Not touching any part of the stove
8    Sitting on a towel within the sauna
9    Behaving in a respectful way to all other bathers
10    Keep your (swimwear) bottoms on
11    Rinsing prior to using any cold plunge baths, if provide

Rinse – Hot – Cold – Rest
a    Have a shower before sauna
b    Sit on a towel in the sauna
c    Get warm (usually 5-15 mins)
d    Get cold – have a plunge (rinse first if using an ice bath)
e    Rest – allow your body to reach equilibrium
    f    Repeat

Top tip: Follow your heart. Notice your resting heart rate before the sauna. Notice how it speeds up during sauna process. Notice it come back down during cold plunge. Notice it settle during rest. When it is back to normal is time to return to the sauna.
