Meet the Team

The People Behind Sivo Wellness

At Sivo Wellness, our team is driven by one shared goal: to help you leave feeling better than when you arrived. We’re here to create a calm, welcoming space you’ll want to return to—whether for peace, connection, or growth.

Each member of our team brings their own experience, energy, and passion, offering thoughtful guidance to support your wellness journey. Behind the scenes, we’re continuously learning, evolving, and exploring new approaches to health and performance so we can give more to our growing community.

Harry

With over 15 years as a professional rugby player, Harry has lived and breathed health, wellness, and performance. Beyond the world of elite sport, he finds joy in slowing down—reconnecting with nature and exploring deeper ways to restore balance.
Recently training as a certified breathwork coach, Harry is passionate about integrating this powerful practice into Sivo Wellness events to offer something truly restorative and rooted in presence.

Jake

Jake spent a decade playing professional rugby, where his passion for physical performance began to evolve into a deeper curiosity about long-term health and sustainable training.
As his career progressed, so did his understanding that peak performance shifts with time—and that wellness must adapt with it. Jake recently became a qualified Personal Trainer and continues to deepen his studies in human performance to bring greater insight, balance, and care to the Sivo community.

Tilly

The newest member of the Sivo team, Tilly brings a fresh perspective and grounded energy to our space. Her personal journey in health and wellness has been shaped by the daily practice of yoga and mindfulness—habits that inspire the way she lives and connects with others.
As the friendly face at front of house, Tilly is here to make sure your experience at Sivo feels smooth, welcoming, and truly cared for. She also leads yoga sessions for the Sivo community, sharing her passion for mindful movement and creating space for others to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect.
